Step 1

Contact UniCredit Bank and agree to change the account and/or the amount and term of the installment plan.

Step 2

Sending pre-contract documentation by the Bank via the mBanking application.

Step 3

Coordination and signing of pre-contractual documentation via the mBanking application.

Step 4

Coordination and signing of contractual documents via the mBanking application.

Step 5

The term savings account and/or modified account is open and visible in the mBanking application.

CONTACT THE BANK

• During the conversation with the banker, you define the terms of the term and get all the necessary information regarding the process of the term.

SENDING OF PRE-CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION BY THE BANK 

 

• The push notification of the mBanking application informs you that you have received the pre-contract documentation with the agreed term conditions: amount, maturity and other information on terms of term.

• By clicking on the notification or on the banner on the front page of the mBanking application, you access the pre-contract documentation.

• Read all three submitted documents in detail.

Step 3

AGREEMENT AND SIGNING OF PRE-CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION

• After carefully reading all the documents, and confirming that you have read the documents, the red dots will turn green and the documents will be ready for the next step - remote printing.

• Confirmation of the pre-contract documentation is initiated by entering the PIN number used to access the mBanking application.

• After entering the PIN, a notification will appear on the screen that the documentation has been successfully signed.

AGREEMENT AND SIGNING OF CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTATION

• After signing the pre-contract,

a similar process of signing contractual documents is approached.

• You get the contract documentation within the mBanking application, as in the previous step.

• After carefully reading the contractual documentation and entering the PIN number, the contractual documentation was successfully signed.

THE TERM SAVINGS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN OPENED

• After successfully signing the Agreement in the mBanking application

your Term account is automatically opened.

Frequently asked questions

Can I term dollars through a remote contracting service?

Yes, you can term dollars through a remote contracting service.

Can I cancel a long-distance fixed deposit?

The Client is obliged to submit the Request for termination of the contract in person at the home branch or remotely, through the agreed communication channels, by submitting a written Request for Termination to the Bank, which the Depositor is obliged to submit to the Bank 5 days before the day specified as the day of termination.

How long is the offer I received through mBanking valid?

The offer is valid for one day.

Can I print my offer from the mBanking application?

The offer is always available within the mBanking application, Documents section. You can always give the documentyou upload to your phone and send to a device (PC) from which printing is enabled.

Do I have to have mBanking to arrange remote savings?

The client must have an active mobile banking application in order to arrange a remote term deposit.

Where and how can I access my pre-contractual and contractual documents for the term deposit?

After the electronic signature, the documentation will be available to the Depositor in the mobile banking application in the Documents section. The depositor is enabled, through the application, to download, save and reproduce the same in an unchanged form.

Do I need to have a mobile banking application to change my current account?

It is necessary to have the mobile banking application activated in order to be inthe ability to request a change to the current  account.

Is there a charge for the service of changing the current account?

The service is free of charge.

Is my account number changing?

The account number remains unchanged.

Do I get new debit cards?

Existing debit cards, which are an integral part of the new package account, remain active. If the new package contains other debit cards that are required when changing the account package, they will be created.

How do I get the contract documents?

The contractual documentation is visible within the mobile banking application in the section: Documents. You can download the documentation and save it to your computer.
