Entry to the business club is also available to persons traveling with a Mastercard World Elite card (without restrictions), with a note that the use of the lounge zone is charged to the cardholder for each person who enters the business club as a guest.

     

    At the airports in Belgrade, Vienna and Sarajevo, you are entitled to free entry or entry under more favorable conditions to the business club for one child traveling with you.

How to get all the benefits of the Lounge key service:

  • Register via UniCredit Bank's personalized link https://www.loungekey.com/unicreditbankserbia_WorldElite
  • During registration, it is necessary to enter the card data for the purpose of validating the card and create a username and password, which you then use to access the mobile application
  • In the Lounge Key mobile application, available for Android and iOS devices, you can find all the necessary information about business clubs within the Lounge key service (location, available services, working hours).
 
  • The mobile application also contains your digital card (QR code) by scanning which you can access the business club, instead of using the Mastercard World Elite card
  • Family travel insurance for the user of the basic card, owner of the Prestige account package, which includes coverage of the whole world, 90 days a year with an insured sum of up to EUR 15,000 with coverage of up to EUR 5,000 for an insured event arising as a result of recreational skiing.
  • Mastercard® Concierge Service - support from a team of personal assistants who are available to users 24 hours a day, to support and provide a wide range of services. By calling the number +381 11 333 73 01 (available in Serbian from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, then in English) or by sending an e-mail to ucbserbia@concierge-mc.com, the user can use the assistance of a concierge agent to book hotels, plane tickets , exclusive restaurants, rent-a-car, as well as tickets for various events, organization of surprises, purchase and delivery of gifts. The service provides support and the latest information about the pandemic and restrictions at the travel destination.
