Electronic banking enables you to perform all domestic payments including instant payments, as well as to have all information regarding all accounts and banking products you are using. Communication with the bank via electronic banking provides the possibility of obtaining statements and other documents. All eBanking functionalities have been created primarily in order to save your time and money.
Electronic banking can be used from any computer equipped with any operating system and Internet access.
Browser for access online banking should be as newest version as possible in order for your usage to be safe and comfortable.
List of supported browser versions are:
· Google Chrome – all versions newer than version 50
· Firefox – all versions newer than version 31
· Safari – all versions newer than version 6
· Opera – all versions newer than version 36
· IE9, IE10, IE11 – all versions newer than version TLS v1.1 (e.g. IE9 SP2)
Availability is not limited and the application is available throughout the day, regardless of the non-working days. User receives all necessary information upon registration for the service in any of our branches and for all additional information you may also refer to our Contact Center by phone 011 3777 888. Access is possible from any location, but we still advise you to use reliable computers and previously known internet connection.
For secure access to eBanking application it is necessary to use mToken which generates a one-time password for identification and signing of payment orders.
mToken is a functionality that does not need an internet connection and it is a part of the mBanking application.
