Digital Documentation Exchange platform is a "web-based" digital solution that allows you to exchange and sign (e-sign) documents with your bank.

Digital Dokumentation Exchange platform (DDE)*



Our secure document exchange service offers a web-based platform for secure exchange and signing of digital documents:

  • Contracts and pre-contract documentation
  • Bank documents of general purpose

*The service is currently only intended for legal entities (excluding entrepreneurs) of Corporate Banking and Business with small companies.

*The current list of products and related documentation that can be exchanged (and if necessary signed) on the Platform can be found on the following links: for small legal entities and for corporate clients.

How to start the service

Electronic exchange of documents

Step 1

Read the DDE User manual and Special Terms of Use of the Platform for exchanging and signing digital documents.

Step 2

If you agree with the previous two documents, fill out and sign the Request for Access and Use DDE. The request can be signed with a qualified certificate and sent to the e-mail address: ServisNaKlik@unicreditgroup.rs.

Step 3

Install the Significant driver  and restart the computer.

Step 4

You will receive a welcome message to the registered e-mail address, which contains a link to the Platform.

Step 5

Define the password to access the Platform.

Step 6

Sign the Statement for using the Platform (the statement is signed digitally, on the Platform).

SIGNIFICANT DRAJVER

It represents an intermediary application that helps the Platform for the exchange of digital documents, that is, communicates with your certificates that are on cards or USB tokens.
